Our Talent Programs

We recognize the impact attracting, retaining and growing talent has on our economic development efforts. Fostering a sustainable talent pipeline is our number one priority at the Chamber. We take deep dives into specific high-demand industries like manufacturing, construction, healthcare, IT and more, offering in-person and/or digital opportunities and resources to connect educators and students to the type of jobs available in the South Bend Region.

In addition, our YPN South Bend program offers a perfect platform for those age 21 to 39 to develop personally and professionally, make connections with peers and get better engaged in the community. Michiana Forty under 40 is a recognition program which shines a spotlight on 40 individuals each year achieving professional success in his/her job while giving back to the community.
